Two of our alumni have joined the IYRS staff as of last August

Bill Kenyon (Class of 2006) is now teaching first year students, in the restoration program. He is bringing with him experience since he has graduated acquired with jobs at Hinckley, Eastern Passage and Donn Constanzo in the Freeport L.I.. I am sure the Beetlecat restorers will appreciate his knowledge, as well as his kind manners and patience.

Kevin McKiernan (Class of 2002) has also held various jobs in the marine field, before joining the Systems program of IYRS in Bristol. He is of course more known to us as the one of two IYRS couples, having as his wife the lovely Angelina Pinto, who graduated in 2008 and the two are expecting a baby soon. Of course they are expecting some tips from Seth and Deb Hagen who preceded them in this type of "construction" more than a year.

The other important news for our Alumni Association has been that Clark Poston, after his successful delivery of the new program of IYRS in composites, was asked to pursue new duties in industrial relations and alumni affairs. The school, recognizing the importance of both areas, has put this veteran to pursue both areas and we look forward to work with him.
