Sarah Rudolf class of 2007 - Moves back home

Our loss of Sarah was the gain of her to home town Port Towsend at the entrance of Puget Sound in the state of Washington. She has been away from home ever since she came to study at IYRS as a young 18 year old in 2005. She worked in the Newport area and her last job was with East Passage, the boat builders in Bristol with almost a full complement of IYRS alumni.

Back at her home town Sarah became immediately involved with a restoration project of a Herreschoff steam launch the #2 ft "Vapor", built in 1902. See more photos

We will miss her all those who were lucky to know her a little better. We wish her good luck in her new job there and that she keeps in touch so we can follow her in her career.
